Abstract:
Place in Organization: The foreman will be responsible to the
manager of the Kulumsa farm (crop production department).
Tasks: To organize the work within the machinery pool. To supervise
the work and the maintenance of machines and equipment.
To transport staff, fuel and spare parts to different work sites,
and to assist in minor repairs. To keep records of services performed
and to collect rents from the customers.
